Things to improve for a newbie

Post by ionhs » August 17th, 2013, 5:03 am

In my opinion the board is very good but there are some things that can be better.

The board is a bit expensive, perhaps the fpga or some other components. But though he needed 10 boards to use in class, it´s very expensive.
The programming language that is only verilon limited much. If not much effort would be nice that they were in VHLD exercises too.
In my opinion the tutorial "Creating a Project" should be simpler. Something that is copy the code and a LED flash. Although I do not think it's a good idea in the first tutorial discuss spi communication. It should be pressed a button and a LED lights. It must be something simple, because de user don´t know the fpga programming.
In my opinion the tutorials want to explain too much in just one exercise.
Thank you very much for your work, I hope that slowly is better :)
