Re: VHDL version of Mojo-Base project available

Great work Xark! I was trying to figure out the USB. I'm new to verilog and VHDL programming. Trying to find time to play with the thing without falling asleep on the keyboard. I see now from your VHDL that I have to instantiate the avr interface under the mojo top file and use wires to hook up the ...

What OS are you Running?

Go to link above. When you download the Mojo-Loader the driver is included. Then follow the instructions on that page to point to the driver.

Re: Current driving/sinking limits

Yeah I had seen that. But 24mA seems a little high for something with this sheer number of pins without some upper per-chip or per-bank limit. So I figured I would ask before making some magic smoke :) ? Yeah, since it says up to 24mA per pin, I would assume you wouldn't want to drive every single ...

Re: Resources and Examples

There is a lot of info on verilog here to http://www.asic-world.com/verilog/index.html

And another I found to be informative http://verilog.renerta.com/source/vrg00000.htm

Code Comments?

First of all Thank you for introducing me and getting me excited about FPGAs!! I have never used verilog or FPGAs before the Mojo. I've had experience with arduino, basic stamp, and xcode, all programming language. I've also worked with some function block programming. I noticed there are no comment...

Re: USB port as input to MOJO

Ok now I'm trying to figure out this USB port. The avr_interface.v file has the serial_rx.v and serial_tx.v to interface the FPGA to the AVR. In the AVR interface page on the EM site it says just supply data to tx_data and pulse new_tx_data for one clock cycle but first check that tx_busy is low. So...

Missing Link

There is no link back to the tutorials after coming here to the forum.
Yes I usually open another tab. Yes I have saved a book mark for both. But it would be nice to have a link back to the embedded micro site for the Mojo and all that.

Re: Forum suggestion

Yes that would be nice, I agree. I was just about to post my alteration of the blink led tutorial. I'll post it here. This is to watch the binary counting action at work. Change the coding as follows (larger text are changes): Change the instantiation block for blinker in mojo_top.v to this, blinker...
