Using an ISE Embedded Edition license

I bought an LX9 board a long time ago. I never got as far as installing ISE because I found another solution for my project. The board comes with license for the ISE Embedded Edition. Can I use that version? Or should I still use the WEB Edition?

I got the Mojo and the Microphone Shield. The picture above doesn't do the boards justice. The boards look great. I'm not sure about Lucid, yet. I plan to give it a try after the holidays.
