Re: Possible to get Open-Source-FPGA-Bitcoin-Miner running?

Thanks a lot Kramble for all this work ! Excellent job. I tried to build the news version, but, like you, it's seem to be stuck, even after +100 min into the build I also tried to build the "old" and new version at higher speed, but more than 115 Mhz seems to too high : 120 Mhz builds with warning a...

Re: Possible to get Open-Source-FPGA-Bitcoin-Miner running?

If the guy post the code (smb juste ask this 5 days ago), I'm ok to try to adapt it for the Mojo.

PS : only if VHDL ! :D

Re: ZPUino for Mojo?

It could be a great idea to port ZPUino on Mojo : the board itself is a good choice for a Arduino-like FPGA port.

And with the Atmel CPU on the Mojo, ADC is also possible.

I can't see anay obstacles to port it. Only maybe the lack of an external RAM could be a problem.

Re: Using servos

I can't see your ebay links, but quite all servos are standard : 3 pins : GND / VCC / control.
And a FPGA like the Mojo is indeed perfectly adapted for this task unsing PWM.

Here is a simple tutorial with Verilog in it :

Re: Possible to get Open-Source-FPGA-Bitcoin-Miner running?

I just tried to build the code (with some very little modification in order to build for the SPARTAN-6 on the Mojo) : This is the rapport of the attemps of mapping : Slice Logic Utilization: Number of Slice Registers: 87,493 out of 11,440 764% (OVERMAPPED) Number of Slice LUTs: 36,918 out of 5,720 6...

Re: Possible to get Open-Source-FPGA-Bitcoin-Miner running?

The best version of the github project you linked should be this one : https://github.com/fpgaminer/Open-Source-FPGA-Bitcoin-Miner/tree/master/projects/VHDL_Xilinx_Port or a version for the LX150 (which is a bigger version on the one on the Mojo) in Verilog https://github.com/fpgaminer/Open-Source-F...

Re: VHDL version of Mojo-Base project available

Thanks a lot for this ! As European, I didn't know Verilog, so a VHDL version was a useful idea !

Re: Possible to get Open-Source-FPGA-Bitcoin-Miner running?

It should not be very difficult : the spartan-6 is one of the chip which is supported in the projet. The only modification will be on the UART port i supposed. I'm not a very good VHDL programmer, but if I achived to run this on the Mojo, I will tell you. PS : if a good / competent VHDL coder is int...
